Welcome to Black Mesa
So I'm married now with a little boy to call my own, not as much free time to be creating content to help fill up the internet - but I still have time for a few little projects...

We decided earlier this year to cut a hole in the wall of our home so that we could walk into our integrated garage. For the past five years we've lived here, but the garage was only semi-regularly accessed to store crud. So we finally wanted to make it a useful space that was easy to wonder into.

The question was how to decorate it? Just paint the whole thing white, maybe, but a bit boring...

After a few different ideas came and went I hit on the perfect theme! It was going to a workhorse of a room, so why not go with a practical industrial finish. Why not make it into Black Mesa! :)

It's a work in progress, so more little details will be added over time
